Every Masonic centre should have a defibrillator available and people who are confident enough to use it.
Merdon Lodge No. 5135 hosted a demonstration of basic CPR and defibrillator use. Rob Atwell and W. Bro. Richard Palmer were joined by Annie, who remained commendably calm throughout.
It was a useful, clear and potentially life-saving evening. Some meetings leave you with more than a full stomach.
